THINC® uses the power of the Microsoft WindowsTM operating system to combine Okuma's OSP control with an open architecture, PC-based operating platform. The high-speed, reliable, easy to use, single processor control system can integrate with new generations of software and hardware to ensure that you are always at the cutting edge of turning technology.

Designed to easily accept and utilize available, non-proprietary tools, multiple USB ports built into each THINC control make technology expansion fast and easy. The THINC control has standard Ethernet capabilities that enable immediate access to online documentation applications or selected Internet resources. Through THINC®, communication with established business and production systems is immediately available on the factory floor. Select Okuma models can also be retrofitted with the THINC-OSP control to give new life to your old iron.
